Whether for health or environmental reasons, people are making the switch from plastic reusable water bottles to glass bottles. If the idea of carrying around glass every day freaks you out, don't stress. Lots of these bottles are coated with a protective silicone sleeve so that if they fall or get banged around, they won't break. I made the switch to a glass bottle a few years ago, and I've never looked back. I don't get that weird aluminum or plastic taste in my water that I've had with other bottles, and as someone who drops their bottle at least once a day, mine still hasn't broken. If one of your health and wellness goals this year is to stay hydrated, carry around one of these pretty glass bottles.
